Your treatment plan is based on your recovery stage
2 to 3 months post-op, recovery-focused maintenance: with surgeon clearance, sessions may focus on gentle lymphatic massage, appropriate red light therapy, and other low-intensity treatments suitable for your healing progress. More intensive treatments are introduced only when appropriate.
3 to 6 months post-op, contouring and refinement: as healing progresses, your plan may incorporate selected body contouring treatments to address the appearance of uneven texture, residual fullness, or mild skin laxity. Wood therapy, endomotherapy, or RF may be considered when cleared by your surgeon.
6+ months post-op, sculpting and long-term maintenance: for clients who are fully healed, sessions may focus on maintaining body contours, improving the appearance of skin firmness, and supporting long-term cosmetic goals through a personalized combination of treatments.
These timeframes are general guidelines, not automatic clearance for any procedure.

Recommended sessions: 8 personalized post-op maintenance sessions, each customized to your goals, recovery progress, and the services appropriate for your stage of healing.
Important requirements
Clients must be at least 2 months post-operative, have fully closed incisions with no active drainage, and obtain clearance from their surgeon before beginning treatment.
Fibrosis, seromas, persistent swelling, and other surgical complications require medical assessment. This package does not diagnose or treat seromas or guarantee the reduction of post-surgical fibrosis. Cavitation, RF, suction-based treatments, and other intensive modalities may not be appropriate for every post-operative client, even after two months.
